To celebrate our 20th Anniversary year, the BIG ROCK SINGERS have planned the most spectacular season yet!

.....IT’S SWING TIME!
Big Band Music of the 30’s and 40’s….
SATURDAY, MAY 1, 2010 – at the FOOTHILLS CENTENNIAL CENTRE, Okotoks
Doors Open at 5:30pm for Cocktails
This will be an evening of music, dancing, fine food (both hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and desserts) and drink that will take guests back to the Big Band Era of the 1930’s and 40’s.
Zoot suits, Flapper dresses, Gangsters and the Andrews Sisters….we’ll have it all, along with great food, wine, beer and our “signature drink” Martini bar!
You are invited to come dressed in period attire.
Come at 5:30pm when the doors open to enjoy cocktails and listen to the sounds of the amazing WOODHOUSE BIG BAND. Throughout the evening you will hear this wonderful 21-piece Big Band as they accompany the 60-voice BIG ROCK SINGERS, and the OKOTOKS MEN’S CHORUS. After the show and the food, you can dance the evening away, and even learn some new steps with TOE TAPPIN’ SWING, who will be on hand to perform as well as to provide swing dance lessons to our audience.
